Open Season is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll or make changes to your benefits, unless you have a  outside of the open enrollment period.

To sign up for the 2026 Flexible Spending Account (FSA), please go to

Enroll in a Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) plan or make changes to your existing plan.
